Request Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Vaultline account and associated data for the Vaultline mobile app (iOS & Android).
- What we delete: account/profile, email, device/push IDs, in-app analytics identifiers, and user-generated content (posts, comments, images).
- Retention: minimal records required for legal/security may be retained as permitted by law; backups may take up to 90 days to cycle out.
- Timeline: requests are usually completed within 30 days of verification.
- Verification: we verify via the email address tied to the account.
